About Me
Hello! I’m Peter Wilson, a full-stack developer based in Victoria, British Columbia. I love building software that actually gets used. These days I work across the stack — from backend systems, APIs, and integrations to the frontend experiences that bring everything together.
My Skills
Professionally, I’ve been lucky to work on everything from modern web apps to large production systems. Much of my work lives in distributed, real-world environments where scalability, reliability, and thoughtful design actually matter. I enjoy building with modern frameworks and tooling, diving into challenging problems, and collaborating with teams to turn ideas into software people can depend on.
Beyond the Office
Beyond the world of code, there’s a lot more to me. I love powerlifting and getting out snowboarding whenever I can. I’ve been riding motorcycles since I was a kid and still enjoy spending time on the trials bike. When I’m not outside, I’m usually hanging out with my dog Enzo, planning the next trip, exploring new coffee spots, or tinkering with whatever side project I’ve convinced myself is a good idea this month.
